Returns & Refunds Policy

We want you to love every Luxaveli purchase. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, we are here to help.

Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be:

• Unworn and unwashed
• In original condition with all tags attached
• In original packaging

To start a return please email hello@luxaveli.com with your order number and reason for return.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item we will notify you by email. If approved your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days back to your original payment method.

Exchanges
We are happy to exchange items for a different size or colour subject to availability. Please contact us at hello@luxaveli.com to arrange an exchange.

Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned for hygiene reasons:

• Tights and bodysuits (unless faulty)
• Earrings and pierced jewellery

Faulty Items
If you receive a faulty or damaged item please contact us immediately at hello@luxaveli.com with photos and we will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.

Print on Demand Items
T-Shirts, Hoodies and custom printed items are made to order and cannot be returned unless faulty or incorrect.
